Multi-Level Approach to Penis Enlargement

A man's confidence can definitely be measured-- by getting the size of his penis. After all, it's commonly believed that the larger his organ is, the more confident he gets. Although the male sex organ is not as exposed as the face, it is one important criterion for men in attaining self-confidence. It can make them psychologically eminent or insignificant among other males. Men with small penises do tend to act and speak inferiorly around those who have hefty ones; when it comes to romantic relationships, they also feel weary and embarrassed to ask women on dates. There is a fear in men with not-so-large penises that they will be shoved to one corner the moment their "small" secret gets discovered.

The inventors of the ProExtender System claim to have come up with a unique and effective approach to helping man achieve the ideal penis size without the hassle of going through a lengthy and often painful medical operation. The system is composed not only of a single component, but four distinct elements effectively complementing one another in order to provide maximum satisfaction to millions of men all around the world. Still, some sectors of the male population are not totally sold out on the concept being espoused by the ProExtender System. Certain questions linger on their minds, which range from the simplest to the more serious. This is not entirely surprising because while the ProExtender System is generally supposed to work as a single machine, its four major elements are still distinct from one another, and one component may be quite effective while another one may be found to be lacking in power. Either way, such questions ought to be answered satisfactorily if ProExtender wishes to establish itself as a credible penis-enhancement product.

Treating Peyronie's Disease

Peyronie's disease was discovered by François de la Peyronie in 1973. Defined as an uncommon erectile dysfunction, it affects one in three hundred middle-aged men today. The cause of this condition is not yet known, but it can easily be distinguished through a hard lump on the layers of upper and lower part of the penis. It can develop gradually or just bulk overnight from a usual inflammation to a hard scar. In Peyronie's disease, the hard lump is non-cancerous, but contains thickened erectile tissues and may affect the erection of the penis as it reduces the flexibility of the whole organ. The hard lump pressures the penis to curve and causes pain to the organ during erection. Worse, it prevents men from having an erection at all. As a result, the person carrying the disease may be deeply affected, especially with regard to his self-esteem and confidence in sexual performance.

Penis "traction" devices: how they work
Published : May 16, 2008 | Author : health | Unrated

Print | Email to friend
The traction device category of penis enlargement has been the focus of more and more publicity recently, leading some to wonder if this is a new, untested idea. The truth is, the traction technique has its roots in ancient tribal customs, cultural and spiritual practices and even modern-day medical methods for rebuilding tissue in surgical patients. The idea has been around for centuries. What's new is the availability of safe, effective, medically developed devices for home use -- and now the idea behind them is well-tested and documented, with a long history of dramatic results. Most people are familiar with some of the more extreme examples of traction, such as the use by African tribal peoples and Amazonian indigenous tribes of lip disks, ear disks or neck rings to stretch these body parts to almost unbelievable size or length. Think National Geographic or the Discovery channel: you've surely seen photos of the amazing enlargement capability of the human body. Many native people have used traction to increase the size of the penis, too: the Sadhus holy men of India, Peruvian Cholomecs and Papua Indians of New Guinea who ritually employ penis stretching to lengths of up to 22 inches! There are numerous other cultural examples of this type of penis elongation.

FAQ: Penis enlargement traction devices
Published : May 16, 2008 | Author : health | Unrated

These are devices designed to apply continuous pressure, or stretching force, known as "traction," to the penis in order to permanently lengthen and enlarge it. One of the most popular and effective models available today is designed by a urologist and created by a medical company in Denmark. It applies traction by means of adjustable, calibrated bars between an anatomically curved base that fits comfortably at the root of the penis, and a surgical-grade band that slips over the glans (head) of the penis. As the penis lengthens, the traction and distance can be adjusted. This device is meant to be discreetly worn under the clothes and/or during sleep. Marketed under the name ProExtender™, the device can be obtained from your medical practitioner or online at www.proextender.com. The device fits at either end of the penis and creates a gentle expansion by safely applying calibrated, continuous pressure by means of a system of expandable bars. This stretching opens up spaces between penile cells, and triggers a growth or healing response in the body, in which adjacent cells begin to divide and fill in the space. With continued use, the growth can number in the millions of new cells, significantly adding size and tissue to the area. For more on how penis enlargement devices work, please check out the ProExtender™ website.

Over the past few decades men have solved their problems temporarily using whatever technology has been available. Since the 70’s men have been buying vacuum penis pumps as a solution to erection problems and as a means to penis enlargement. Although the penis pump is well known, popular, and effective, there are even newer and far more effective devices now available. With the introduction of ‘penis traction devices’, the world of mechanical penis enlargement has taken a quantum leap forward. Clinical research and testing has resulted in the creation of penis traction devices that have the capacity to increase the volume of the corpus cavernosa, the structures in the penis responsible for erection.

Tissue stretching is a historically and now medically proven method for body modification. Medical doctors use tissue expanders for the purpose of enlarging soft tissue in many types of reconstructive surgery. Limbs are lengthened by orthopaedic surgeons. New skin is grown through stretching existing living skin. And in Africa and South America, tribal peoples have performed lip and ear stretching as a cultural practice for centuries. For centuries, many native tribes across the world practice body modification through stretching. The use of pressure or tension to stretch skin and tissue has been well proven to work over centuries.

Penile curvature: is surgery the only option?
Published : May 16, 2008 | Author : health | Unrated

Print | Email to friend
The majority of men have a very slight curve or sideways "hang" to the penis. But about 400 men in every 100,000 suffer from the condition of severely bent or curved erect penis, so extreme that it makes intercourse painful for both partners or completely impossible. The erect penis may bend in a "J" or "U" shape, or may have a series of bends that create an almost corkscrew-like appearance. This condition is referred to in the medical community as Peyronie's Disease, and is also sometimes called fibrous caverositis as a description of the condition of having fibrous scar tissue building up in the layers of erectile tissue (cavernosa). Physicians disagree about the exact cause of Peyronie's. It's clear, however, that the condition occurs when inelastic plaque or scar tissue replaces the normally elastic tissue of some part of the penis. Normally, an erection expands the elastic tissue of the penis more or less symmetrically, producing a straight erection.
